Argo-Anleg GmbH & ARGO ANLEG SAS officially announced the opening of the Argo Anleg France branch in Lorient, Brittany, at the BRETAGNE stand during Hyvolution Paris on 📅 27.01.2026.
“Thanks to our many years of experience in the hydrogen and marine sector in France and the support of Anleg, Basile and I can now offer our customers in France a comprehensive range of hydrogen systems and customized project designs, many of which have already been approved for shipbuilding by Argo-Anleg GmbH and certified by classification societies.”

Jan Andreas, President of ARGO ANLEG France and Managing Director of Argo-Anleg GmbH said: “With the 25th anniversary of ANLEG and its expertise in hydrogen technology coming up soon (in March 2026!), we are delighted to be able to sell our products in the French market with a subsidiary closer to home. The creation of ARGO ANLEG France provides customers with a “local partner” who has complementary skills and speaks the same language.
This helps both us and our customers to expand the hydrogen business locally in France and is not limited to the maritime sector. We can also support the aerospace industry. As my roots are in this sector, I have been involved in ARIANE and Airbus projects in France, for example.”
